Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with MIMIYA SHOP. Since each item is handmade or hand-decorated to order, please note the following:

• Custom Order items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has been confirmed. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Non-custom, in-stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except for items from special promotions.
• Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If you have any questions, please contact our customer service by email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
